Annie K Garth, 61, passed away on Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at an area healthcare facility.She was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta Garth; father, James Garth Sr.; and brother, James Garth Jr.Survivors include her siblings, Polly Sanders, Mary Garth, Lillie Smith, David and Leroy Garth; special niece, Betty Garth; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.Services will be held at noon Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, in the chapel with Evangelist Mathis officiating.Interment in Highland Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 67 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
