Marcia Lou Deland passed away on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at her residence.Marcia will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and sister.She was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Armstrong; parents, Frank and Irene Pelton Armstrong.Survivors include her daughter, Jolene (Jim) Motley; grandchildren, Jimmy, Jennifer, Julie Motley; sister, Shirley (Jack) Ewer; brothers, Don (Betty) Armstrong and Denny (Jeanette) Armstrong; sister-in-law, Leila Armstrong; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, in the chapel with Rev.
