DAYTON Judy Ann Kaylor, 58, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at her residence.A lifelong resident of Rhea County, she was a member of Victory Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by parents, Floyd Sr. and Cora Inez Chadwick Hancock; brother, Floyd Hancock Jr.; sister, Betty Keltch.Survivors: husband, Earl "Bo" Kaylor; daughter, Jeannie (Tim) Brock, all of Dayton; three brothers, Bobby (Laura) Hancock, Sale Creek, Tenn., Charles Hancock, Dayton, Tenn., and Billy Ray (Brenda) Hancock, Graysville, Tenn.; three sisters, Helen Montgomery, Virginia "Joby" Morgan, both of Dayton, Gladys (Rick) Clark, Pikeville, Tenn.; two granddaughters, Destany and Heather Brock; several nieces and nephews.Service will be 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Pastor Leland Frazier officiating.Please visit www.coultergarrisonfuneralhome.com to share condolences.Visitation after 3 p.m. today at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Dayton, TN 37321.
