Kenneth Cordell

Kenneth Cordell, 78 of Soddy Daisy passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013.Kenneth was born and raised in Decatur, Tenn., and lived most of his life in the Hamilton County area. He was of the Baptist Faith. Kenneth served our country in the U.S. Army. Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, June Cordell; father and mother, Bill and Leona Cordell; brother, Billy Cordell. Kenneth is survived by his sons, Kenny (Laura) Cordell, Greg Cordell; daughters, Lisa Cordell, Kim (Scott) Houston; Grandsons, Nathan and Nicklos Cordell; sister, Helen (Ben) ODaniel; brothers, Harold (Dean) Cordell, J.T Cordell; several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at the North Chapel Chattanooga Funeral Home.Graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors.
