Dwight Barker

BRANDON, Fla. Dwight Delano Barker, 65, died at his home April 30, 2013, after a brief illness.Dwight was born and raised in Dunlap and served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sammy and Katie Ewton Barker; and several aunts and uncles.Survivors include his wife, Donna Barker, Brandon, Fla.; son, Samuel Stewart Barker; two stepsons; six stepgrandchildren; sister, Pamela Barker; niece, Chandra McDaniel, both of Crossville, several cousins.Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. CDT Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Chapel Hill Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.Arrangements by Ewton Funeral Home, 6936 Highway 28, Dunlap, TN 37327, www.ewtonfuneralhome.com (423-949-2112)
