Emory Kirksey

Emory P. Kirksey, Chattanooga, 94, died Monday, July 22, 2013.He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired air traffic controller.He is survived by a brother, Rufus Clayton Kirksey; nephews, Kenneth and Phillip Kirksey; and niece, Tina Barger; stepsister, Dorothy Hinton Jinks; and stepbrother, Cecil Hinton also survive.Graveside services was at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at DeKalb Memorial Gardens in Smithville, Tenn.Love-Cantrell Funeral Home in Smithville, Tenn., is in charge of the arrangements. 615-597-5275.
