Cynthia Alkire

ROSSVILLE Cynthia Jane Alkire, 58, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 29, 2013.She had lived in the North Georgia area for most of her life and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Houston Alkire Jr.; and her brother, Richard Alkire III.Survivors include her mother, Mary Alkire, of Rossville; son, Dustin Lee Alkire, of Atlanta; special friend, James Tatum and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013, in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park with Brother Shad Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Arrangements by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes, Fort Oglethorpe.
