Elizabeth McCarrell, of Decatur, Ga., died Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the home of her daughter, Marcey Jones, in Chattanooga.Survivors include daughter, Marcey (Steele).; grandsons Andrew and Matthew.Funeral services will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church in Atlanta.Special thanks to caregiver, Helen Thurmond, for her devotion to Betty over the past 3 years.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.Local arrangements by Turner Funeral Home Inc., Highway 58 Chapel, 622-3171.
