James Anthony Jabaley, 53, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013, at the funeral home with a 6 p.m. Rosary Service. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, at Our Lady of Perpetual Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
