Justin Glenn Logan, 26 of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013. He was a quadraplegic young man who was an inspiration to all who knew him. Although Justin could never walk or speak, he always found joy in everyday living. His smile and laughter echoed throughout his home. Justin's staff of caregivers, who loved and cared for him tirelessly, was his reason for living. His longtime caregivers and their children were his closet family and friends. Justin and his family would like to express our gratitude to everyone that provided love, care and most importantly, their friendship that enriched his life daily. Survivors include his grandparents, Mitchell and Sarah Scoggins and other family members include, Paige Scoggins-Davidson, Chris Scoggins, Tanya Scoggins-White, Maria Scoggins-Jones and Jennifer Scoggins-Flaherty. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the funeral home chapel.
