Grace Lankford

Grace Cross Lankford, 96, of Ooltewah, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, from a local healthcare center. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Walter and Icie Cross; one son, Jerry Daniel Bradwell; several brothers. She is survived by her son, Jeff Donald Lankford; daughter, Icie Elizabeth Nelson; two brothers, Ross and Roland Cross; one sister, Alvia Arnt; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home or you may visit the online guestbook @ www.turnerfamilyfuneralhome.com. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor, Larry Grisham officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery. In lieu of flower memorial contributions can be made to the Friendship Baptist Church (Mission Fund) @ 11430 Birchwood Pike, Harrison, TN 37341.
