Bob Booth

Robert L. (Bob) Booth, 90 of Chattanooga went to be with the Lord Friday Nov. 22, 2013. Bob was a longtime faithful member of Red Bank Church of Christ serving as a Deacon, on the Missions Committee and Building Maintenance. Bob was retired from Central Soya after 25 years of service. Bob was a WWII Army veteran serving with Patton's Army. Bob was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Barnes; two sons, Thomas Andrew Booth and Michael Allen Booth. Survivors: daughter, Karen (John) Sills, Memphis; son, John Robert (Nancy) Booth, Chattanooga; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Chapel of Lane Funeral Home 601 Ashland Terrace with Minister Steve Lusk and Minister Tommy Stone officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. Pallbearers will be six grandsons, Jeremy, Michael, Matthew, Jonathan Booth, Robbie, Andy Sills and Jason Lockert In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Missions Fund at Red Bank Church of Christ.
