Ronald Payne Ronald Lamar Payne, 55, East Ridge, passed away following several months of declining health on Saturday Nov. 23, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Hubert Payne Jr. and his brother, Larry Payne. Survivors are his mother, Catherine Roberts; brother, Dwight (Kathy) Payne; aunt, Betty (Harold) Wooden; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be announced.
