Harold Eugene Tapley, 73, of Chattanooga, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, in New Bern, N.C., while on a business trip.Arrangements will be announced by Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 East Brainerd Road.
