TUNNEL HILL Winnona Ruth Chambers Black, 78, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013.She was preceded in death by son, Randy Black.She is survived by her husband, Randall Black, of Tunnel Hill; daughter, Teresa Green, of East Ridge; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and David Owens, of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Stephanie Didonato, Christy Garner, Michelle Quarles, Kimberly Davis, Jennifer Owens; great-grandchildren, Tristen Bailey, Jennah Garner, Makayla Quarles, Calab Davis, Tyler Davis, Carolyn Davis, Madeline Didonato; sister and brother-in-law, Daris and Bill Penley.Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, from Nellie Head Baptist Church with the Rev.
