Billy Jo Woodard, 82, formerly of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, in Sacramento, Calif.He was preceded in death by his mother, Della Cox; brothers, Junior and Curtis Woodard; and wife, Pauline Hatfield Woodard.Survivors include two daughters, Susan Roberts and Dawn (Tom) Montgomery; two grandsons; two granddaughters; and sister, Martha (James) Cooke, all of Sacramento.Services will be held on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, in Sacramento.Announcement is by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
