LaFAYETTE Stephen "Stevie" Lee Clark, 51, passed away Thursday Oct. 24, 2013, at his home.Born in LaFayette, Ga., on Dec. 11, 1961 to Wesley E. Clark Sr. and Ruby Lee Gilbreath Clark.He was a charter member of The Arc of Walker County and for the greater part of Stevies life, he attended "The Center" at Chickamauga, Ga.He was preceded in death by grandparents, Lee J. and Minnie L. Gilbreath, Fred L. and Maggie Clark; and father, Wesley E. Clark Sr.He is survived by his mother, Ruby Lee Clark; twin sister, Holly Clark (Mark) Vickery, of Dalton, Ga.; brother, Wesley E. (Janet) Clark Jr., of Huntsville, Ala.; niece, Amanda (JR) Foster, of Dalton, Ga.; , and nephews, Jacob Vickery, of Dalton, Ga., and Sam (Erica) Clark, of Spartanburg, S.C.; several great-nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.Funeral from Wallis Memorial Chapel, at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, will be conducted by Dr. Todd Gaddis.Interment in LaFayette Cemetery will be private.Visitation noon-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of LaFayette, 201 North Main St., LaFayette, GA 30728.Arrangements by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home of LaFayette.
