, Jr.CLEVELAND Hubert Murl Sims, Jr. 46, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 from his earthly home. He attended Maple Grove Baptist Church.Hubert was an avid outdoorsman; he loved horseshoes, darts and Nascar Racing.He was preceded in death by one sister, Bobby McClure.He was survived by his mother and step-father, Evelyn and Paul Lackey; father, Hubert Murl Sims, Sr.; two brothers, Johnny ( Marylee) Sims, and Shawn Sims; five sisters, Arlene (Randy) Botts, Beverly Rogers, Kim (Joey) Estep and Laura (Neal) Towe, and Shonnie ( Mike) Brinkman; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends today from 1-8 p.m. and on Sunday Oct. 27, up to the hour of service at the Hwy 58 chapel of Turner Funeral Home or you may visit the online guestbook @ www.turnerfamilyfuneralhome.comFuneral service will be held on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Dotson officiating.
