Milford Biddle

EASLEY, S.C. Dr. S. Milford Biddle, 88, went to be with the Lord Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013. Born Oct. 11, 1924 in Sand Mountain, Ala., he was the son of the Cicero and Lora Ada Harwood Biddle. Dr. Biddle was the retired pastor of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Chattanooga and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Liberty.He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Ozell Blansit Biddle; son-in-law, Rev. Clifford Kelley; one brother and four sisters.Survivors are his daughters, Phyllis Kelley and Loretta Rolen (Dr. Jim Rolen); sisters, Rosalla Biddle and Louie Biddle; grandchildren, Rev. Jeffery (Kim) Kelley, Jason (Karia) Kelley and Kim Perry; great-grandchildren, Brendan Kelley, Regan Chase Kelley, Tori Beth Perry, Elliott Kelley, Reilly Brooklyn Kelley and Britton Perry.Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday Sept. 16, in the funeral home chapel.
