Lois Suggs

Lois Harper Suggs, 87, of Chattanooga died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013. She was born Sept. 8, 1926 to Patrick and Dora Harper. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Earl H. Suggs, Jr. and a daughter Maureen Black. She was retired from Memorial Hospital and was a member of East Ridge Church of Christ.Survivors include her children Douglas (Cynthia) Suggs, of Cherokee, Texas, Donald (Amy) Suggs, of Phoenix, Ariz., and Deborah (Tommy) Rosser, of Harrison, Tenn.; grandchildren Jennifer Ogburn, Jeff Suggs, Jeremy Suggs, Tiffany Suggs, Monica Baisden, Jason Rosser, Hollye Whitley, Ryan Suggs and Samantha Suggs; great grandchildren Sydnie Suggs, Payton Suggs and Cody Whitley.Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Minister Charles Cochran officiating.
