Kentory LeBron Ray, age 11, earned his angel wings Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013.He joined Heaven with his grandmothers, Linda Smith and Madeline Preston. Kentory was a sixth-grader at Tyner Middle Academy, he was a shy and very adventurous kid with a beautiful smile. He attended Alton Park Church of Christ.Survivors are his mother, Doris Ray; biologicalmother, Ginna Smith; sisters, Aukeera Tellis, Keshuanda Barnes, Nikki Smith, Eboni Fuller and Toinette (Eric) Brown Sr.; brothers, Kelvin Smith, Emma "Wanda" Ray Jr., Anthony Ray; favorite uncle, Floyd Prestor; aunt, Brenda Griffin; best friends, the late Thomas Ruffin III, Tion, Adrian, Antonio, Walt and Jaylen; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Funeral will be 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at the chapel with Pastor George Clay officiating.Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park Cemetery.Visitation will be from noon until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.Arrangements by Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services Franklin-Strickland-Pinkard-Bryan-Smith Funeral Directors.
