ROSSVILLE Patsy Anne McGovern, 69, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013.She has been a resident of Rossville most of her life and was a member of The Carpenters Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Edna Mae McGovern; husband, Jack Kelly; daughter Angie Alexander; and sister, Melva Parks.She is survived by her nephew and his wife, Rob and Karen Whittle, of Oakdale; lifelong friend, David Seagrove; and grandson, David McDaniel Jr.A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, at the Carpenters Church, 2734 LaFayette Road, second floor, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742, with Rev.
