Haden Smith

Haden Jerald Smith, 18, died Sunday, March 30, 2014. Haden was a member of the Center Grove Baptist Church.He attended the LaFayette High School where he was a cadet in the JROTC program. Survived by parents, Tyria and Clint Chadwick, of Chickamauga; brother, Spencer Chadwick, of Chickamauga; grandparents, Ken and Janie Smith, of Rock Spring, and Debbie Chadwick, of LaFayette; uncles and aunts, Todd and Kim Smith, of Bryant, Ala., Sharon and Kevin Evans, Connie and Kenny Burden, Ginger and Raymond Martin, all of LaFayette; several dearly loved cousins also survive. Funeral from the Center Grove Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. David Brown and Rev. Todd Smith officiating. Pallbearers are cadets of the LaFayette High School JROTC. Honorary pallbearers are Beth and Col. Steve Hammerstone, McKennah and Macy Martin, Briana Coffman and Caitlyn Evans. Interment: LaFayette Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Center Grove Baptist Church from 5-9 p.m. today and from noon Wednesday until service time at 2 p.m. (68 Center Grove Baptist Church Road, Rock Spring, GA 30739).
