Alfreda Hitchcock Yearby, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, April 12, 2014, at her residence in Athens, Ga. Local survivors include her cousins, Minister Joe Hitchcock, Oran (Jackie) Hitchcock and Walter Hitchcock; other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Huff Grove Baptist Church in Athens, Georgia with Minister Joe Hitchcock as the eulogist. Burial: Huff Grove Church Cemetery.
