Thurman Caylor

Thurman Caylor, 83, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014. Thurman worked as a machinist and machine shop superintendent for Lucey Boiler Company for 40 years. Thurman is preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Lula Mae Caylor; two brothers and three sisters. Thurman is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jeannine Jones Caylor; daughter, Jeanette Baugh; son, Tim Caylor; two grandchildren, Rachelle Gibson and Lee Caylor. Funeral service for Thurman will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 11, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jimmy Sanders officiating. Entombment to follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. today, Aug. 10, and from noon until service time Monday, Aug. 11, at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel.
