James Fischer James H. Fischer, 71, Chattanooga, died at his residence on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, after a brief bout with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughters, Laura (Ron) Frencho, Leigh (Mark) Baxter, Jennifer (Aaron) Miller; son, Jason (Becky) Fischer; grandchildren, Maddie, Payton, Henry, Tyson and Samuel. At Jims request the family is planning a private memorial service at a later date. Special thanks to his many friends at Memorial Hospital, the Aquarium and Trinity Lutheran Church, his golf buddies and good neighbors for their visits, prayers and support during this difficult time.
