Doris Melton

Doris Jean Melton, 76, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014. Doris was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She was retired as an office manager. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Curtis Melton. Doris is survived by her son, Randy (Gloria) Melton; two daughters, Lorri Posey and Lisa Wilson; three grandchildren, Monica Moore, Chip Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson; great-grandchildren, Levi Moore and Mary Celeste Moore. The family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel Funeral service for Doris will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel, Rev.
