Bill Penney

William A. "Bill" Penney, 86, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014. He was of the Church of God Faith. Bill retired from Chattanooga Glass Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Penney; his parents, Fred and Aldine Penney; his brothers, Ralph, James and Cecil Penney; and his sisters, Betty Hankins and Lillian Phillips. Bill is survived by his daughter, Juanita Keltch, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Soddy Community Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. today, Dec. 26, at the funeral home. Condolences and memories can be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.
