Marion Richard Carlisle, 54, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014. Survivors are his mother, Geneva Ann Butler, of Scottsboro, Ala.; sister, Elaine (Richard) Steeley, of Fackler, Ala.; brother, Bobby Ray Carlisle, of Jasper, Tenn.; one niece and one nephew.
