Geneva Gann

Laura Geneva Gann, 88, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her mother, Essie Easter Pendleton; father and mother, Frank and Mary Lemons Pendleton; husband, Floyd O. Gann; sisters, Margaret McCampbell Mathis, Virginia Tucker, Vera Pendleton; and brother, Burk Pendleton. Survivors include her daughters, Marcia Ingle, Maryville, Tenn., Wanda Black, Soddy-Daisy; sisters, Ella Bell, Spring City, Myrtle (Gene) Turner, Indiana, Carol (Ron) Barzyk, Nashville, Ima Jane Pendleton, Spring City; brothers, Eugene (Betty) Pendleton, Spring City, Glenn (Carol) Pendleton, Indiana, Bill Pendleton, Woodbury, Tenn., and Robert (Pam) Pendleton, Dayton. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel with Rev. Ted Painter officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park with Gary, Gabe and Justin McCampbell, Kevin and Wesley Horne and Craig Homar serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 3-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
