Johnnie Pauline McCarver, 79, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Ray McCarver; children, Patty Kay Price and Johnny Ray McCarver; her parents, Jasper and Melinda Hurst Witt; and sisters, Billie Moon and Verna Wilson. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Ann Kirk, Cleveland; sisters, Catherine Havner, South Pittsburg, Tenn., and Bonnie Clark, Jacksonville, Fla.; grandchildren, James McCarver, Cleveland, Johnny (Stephanie) Maynor, Benton, Tenn., and Crystal Price, Jasper, Tenn.; and great-grandchildren, Kasia, Kia, Mykah, Kaden, Gage and Coy. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. CST on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, with Brother Doyle Chamblee officiating. Interment will follow Rocky Springs Cemetery.
