Rev. John Taylor

Rev. Dr. John West Taylor, Jr. went to be with the Heavenly father, Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014. He was born Oct. 20, 1947. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Taylor; his parents, the Rev. John West Taylor Sr. and Hazel Taylor. He leaves behind a son, Patrick Taylor, of Alexandra, Va.; two sisters, Joyce Nails, of Byhalia, Miss., and Joan (Gordon) Tomb, of Harrison Valley, Pa.; and one brother, James Lawrence (Georgann) Taylor, of Byhalia; four nephews; and twonieces. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, at Covenant Community Church, 5932 Highway 51 North, Horn Lake, Miss. The Rev. Chris Reneau officiating.
