Napoleon Boneparte Rutledge Sr., of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at his residence. Visitation is today at 11 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at noon in the chapel with Brother Phillip Henderson as the eulogist. Burial: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
