Marianne Robinson

Marianne Robinson RINGGOLD Marianne Robinson, 66, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014. She was a longtime resident of Ringgold and was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and helped with Celebrate Recovery children's ministry at Oakwood's Chickamauga campus. Marianne worked in the accounting department of Shaw Industries for more than 25 years. Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years, Lee Robinson; son Chris (Staci) Robinson, Ringgold; daughter Diana (Richie) Dye, Ringgold; brothers Kenneth Hogue and Roy Hogue, both of LaFayette; sisters Jane Stratton, LaFayette; and Susan Beavers, Cleveland, Tenn.; grandchildren Jacob, age 18; Megan, age 14; and Halie Robinson, age 13; and Sarah age 13; and Anna Dye, age 11. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joseph Hardin officiating.
