Steve Elkins FORT OGLETHORPE Steve Elkins, 50, died Sunday at his residence. He was an independent truck driver and a graduate of Lakeview High School. He is survived by his mother: Claudette Elkins, Fort Oglethorpe; and three brothers: Randy Elkins, Chattanooga, Chris and Mark Elkins, of Fort Oglethorpe; and several nieces and nephews.
