Cindy Parrish

Cindy Parrish MARYVILLE Cindy N. Parrish, 73, of Covington, Ga., passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014. She was born to the late Floyd and Letha Nation, on July 18, 1940. Cindy was a devoted wife and mother. She was a retired artist. Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Bjorn Axelsson; son, Ira Parrish; and sister, June Gunlock. Cindy is survived by her brother, Steve Nation, of Buckhead, Ga.; sister, Starr Holland, of Willis, Texas; stepdaughter, Karen Axelsson, of Orinda, Calif.; and a half sister, Elizabeth Marshall, of Tyler, Texas. Visitation will be held for Cindy at 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
