Thelma Traylor

Thelma Lee Traylor, 83, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, June 5, 2014. She was born to the late Lloyd C. and Lula M. Traylor in Dutton, Ala., and has lived most of her life in Rossville. Thelma was a member of Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church and retired from Shaw Industries in 1996 after 20 years. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Opal Traylor, Milfor Traylor, Elmer Dee Traylor and Jimmy H. Traylor. Thelma is survived by her sister, Janell Reeves; brother, James A. (Phyllis) Traylor; best friend, Janett Walker; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 7:30 pm Saturday, June 7, 2014, in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. William Young officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. before the service. Arrangements by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home.
