Jaquise Heard

Jaquise DeJuan Heard, 20, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at a local hospital. He graduated from Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School in the class of 2012. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roy Adams; grandmother, Emily Heard; aunt, Shelia Heard. Survivors include mother, Audrey Adams; father, Melbert Heard; siblings, Cornelius Heard, JaRome Heard, Jemere Adams, Clarrissa Heard; stepbrother and sister, Robert and Keisha Dailey; grandparents, Howard Heard Sr. and Barbara Adams. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2014 at Second Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Calvin White officiating. Interment in National Cemetery. The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 78 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
