Daisy Gaugher

Daisy Lee Gauger, 85, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014. She was a 12-year member of the Rock Spring Baptist Church and loved The Lord, her Sunday School class, and her church. One of her most enjoyable activities was taking trips with the senior adults of her church. Mrs. Gauger is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Chester William Gauger Sr.; two brothers; and one sister. She is survived by one daughter, Judy Greco of Rock Spring; one son and daughter-in-law, Chester (Edwina) Gauger Jr., of Cooper City, Fla.; one brother and sister-in-law, Harvy (Pat) Deem, of Inverness, Fla.; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. from the Wallis Memorial Chapel. The service will be conducted by Rev. Todd Smith. Interment to follow in the Chattanooga National Cemtery. Pallbearers will be Eric Greco, Beau Greco, Joe Greco, Austin Greco, Parker Greco, and Caleb Greco. The family also wishes to thank all the staff of NHC of Rossville, and Hospice of Chattanooga for their outstanding care of their mother during her sickness.
