Laquita Joseph

Laquita Ann Joseph, 51, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 in Chattanooga. She was owner and President of Thomas, Lloyd & Shedrick, and a Community Service Leader at The Baylor School. She earned a Bachelor of Finance Degree from the University of Texas, North Texas. She also held a commercial real estate license. She was a member of the Womens Fund of Chattanooga and Signal Mountain Church of Christ. She enjoyed Yoga, community service, reading, writing, traveling, and cooking. She is survived by her husband, Dallas Joseph Jr, Chattanooga; sons, Dallas Joseph III, Evan Joseph, both of Atlanta, Ga., and Rasheed Dickney, Seattle, Wash.; sisters, Donna Thomas, Sheila Thomas, Rhonda Thomas, of Dallas, Texas; brother, Ray Thomas, Dallas; and nephew, Antoine White. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 5 p.m. at The Baylor School Chapel, 171 Baylor School Road, Chattanooga with Greg Nance, officiating. Burial in Beaumont, Texas.
