Darlene Boatfield

Darlene Brown Boatfield, 56, of Hixson, passed on Monday, April 28, 2014, at her residence. Darlene retired from TVA and Provident and attended Straightway Holiness Church. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Brown and Lucy Driggans Brown. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Tommy Boatfield; son, Daniel Lewis Boatfield and his fianc, Sara LeAnne Davis; grandchild, Madison Davis; brothers, Lewis Brown and Jimmy Brown; sister, Diane Brooks; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 in the Advantage Chapel with Pastor Troy Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in the Tyner Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, May 2, 2014 from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
