Georgia Pendergrass

Georgia Ellen Pendergrass, 68, died Thursday, May 22, 2014, in a Chattanooga hospital. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, G.C. Powell and Betty Hale. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Leroy Pendergrass; son, Michael and Callie Pendergrass; grandchildren, Gracie and Cooper Pendergrass; father, Harold Hale, all of Pikeville; four sisters, Rhonda Smith of Illinois; Dianne and Ronald Adcox of Georgia; Jane and Bill Medlin; Carol and Tommy White, all of Crossville, Tenn.; two brothers, Mark Hale, of Pennsylvania; Chris and Dana Hale, of Crossville; extended family Travis Pendergrass; Rita and Thomas Boynton; Margaret and Shorty Wells; Lucy and L.J. Reel. Services will be at 2 p.m. today, May 24, 2014 in the funeral home chapel. The burial will be in Humble Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
