Eddie Walters, 60, passed away at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville on Saturday, May 24, 2014. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Barbara Walters Morris and Freddie Fritz. Survivors include his mother, Georgia Fritz; son, Donta Walters; beloved companion, Teresa Mills, of Clarksville, Tenn.; grandchildren, Brandon and Natayla Walters; 10 siblings, Kay, Darrell, Wayne, Scottie, Angela, Brenda, Carl Aubrey and Cedric; uncle, Saul Williams; host of cousins, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2014, at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Arrangements by John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
