Dorothy Elizabeth Janette Maiden Palmer Stoe, 89, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, Aug. 29, 2014. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, in Greenwood Cemetery with Rev.
