Joan Thomas

Joan Fine Thomas, 82, passed away Saturday, Aug 30, 2014. Joan was a member of Morganville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Fine; parents, Albert and Ruth Rogers; brothers, Red Rogers and Ed Rogers; sister, Shirley Hatfield. Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Bill (Dean) Fine and Reba (Bill) McEntyre, both of Whitwell; sister, Betty Nye of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Kristy Walden, Eric Fine, Jason McEntyre and Josh McEntyre; great-grandchildren, Gracie, Eli and Allie Fine, Victoria Walden, Charleigh Hasting and Callahan McEntyre. Family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. CDT today, Sept. 2. Graveside service 11 a.m. CDT, Wednesday, Sept. 3, at Chattanooga Memorial Park with Minister Tommy Turner officiating.
