Jean Sipe

Willie "Jean" Winters Sipe, 72, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, Sept 3, 2014. Willie was a lifelong resident of Ringgold and of the Baptist faith. She was a wonderful, loving wife and mother. Mrs. Sipe was preceded in death by husband of 52 years, Raymond Sipe. Survivors are son Eddie (Patti) Sipe, Ringgold; daughters, Barbara Bartlett, Ringgold, Jeanna (Robert) Richelson, Chattanooga; brothers, Bobby Winters, Ringgold, Jimmy Winters, Ringgold; sisters, Bettie Crosson, Kentucky, Ann Hodges, Ringgold, Helen Irvin, Ringgold; grandchildren, Dillon and Bailey Bartlett, Amber Goins, and Kaitlyn Sipe; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
