Shannon Lyons

Shannon Lyons, 42, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015, at his home. He attended Orange Grove School and was of the Baptist faith. He loved to sing, dance and listen to music. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel M. and Mary Marcine Lyons Sr.; and sister, Pamela Marcine Lyons. Survivors include his brothers, Sam Lyons Jr., Wayne (Debra) Lyons, Tommy (Sharon) Lyons, David (Theresa) Lyons, Eddie (Cheryl) Lyons and Dwain Lyons; best buddies, Emma and Brody; his little dog, Bandit, several nieces, nephews and extended family. Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 29, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Hixson officiating. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends today, April 28, 2015 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
