Evelyn Marie Cosper, 74, passed on Aug. 21, 2015. Survived by sister, Esther Rose Deloney; nieces, Tammie Jackson and Veronica Deloney; nephew, John Deloney; and grand-niece, Ashley Jackson; a host of relatives. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, 2015, in the chapel with John Deloney, officiating. The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave. 423-622-9995.
