Frances Meinert

Frances J. Meinert, 74, of Chattanooga, went to her eternal rest on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Frances was born and raised in Texas. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and a loving, dedicated wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lola Taber; and six siblings. Surviving are her husband, Bernard R. Meinert; daughter, Karen Meinert; brother, Tommy (Mae) Taber; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Graveside Services will be 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015 at Chattanooga National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Alzheimers Association, 7625 Hamilton Park Drive, Suite 8, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
