Bettye Jo Green Duggan, 74, died Thursday, May 21, 2015, at Starr Regional Medical Center of Athens. Survivors: husband, Bill Duggan; and daughter, GiGi Perian, both of Athens. There will be no formal visitation or service. Private Burial. Ziegler Funeral Home, Athens, in charge of arrangements.
